The Canon Powershot G7X MK II is a great choice if you are graduating from a smartphone to a dedicated camera, and want something to improve your image quality but not take up too much space. While the G7X II fits snugly in pockets, it includes a larger than average 1-inch CMOS sensor, with which it can capture Full HD Video results and 20MP still images.
