Return Process

    Contact our customer support team or visit your local Ted's Cameras store with your original tax invoice to begin the authorization process.

    Prepare the Gear

    Ensure the camera, lens, or accessory is securely packed in its original box with all manuals, cables, and warranty cards intact.

    Shipping or Drop-off

    Affix your provided return label to the parcel and drop it at any authorized shipping point, or simply hand it to a staff member at one of our retail locations.

    Inspection and Refund

    Our technicians will inspect the equipment for quality assurance; once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
