This Manfrotto MOVE MVAQR-PLATE Quick Release Plate also includes a 3/8"-16 to 1/4"-20 Reducer Bushing, which is handy for adapting the plate to mount various equipment, with the bushing being able to be stored on the plate itself, for easy access.
