Other important coatings have been applied to the roof prisms, while oil and water-repellant coatings on the eyepieces and objective lenses make it easy to wipe away fingerprints, smudges and more. These Nikon 8x42 Binoculars are great for general-purpose viewing and they include a diopter adjustment ring locking system, which prevents unintentional rotation.
