To keep you up to speed, the A1 features a hybrid AF system of 759 phase-detection and 425 contrast-detection points. This AF system focuses in extremely low-light conditions and other important AF features are available to help you lock onto your subject in different scenarios - this includes real-time tracking and real-time Eye AF. To keep your photos and videos smooth and free from blur, this high-achieving body includes a built-in 5-Axis SteadyShot stabilisation system - this system helps you out when shooting handheld in tricky lighting conditions, using longer focal length lenses and more.
Although it weighs in at just 737 grams and is manageable for everyday purposes as well as travel, the Sony Alpha A1 is rugged and reliable - it can travel to all corners of the globe with you.
